It has professional staff. The location is magnificent and convenient, just off a great restaurant/shopping area/district in under 15, a direct bus to the airport and the beach, you cannot beat it. Also, I enjoyed Bournemouth Beach, set at a walking distance from the hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave. Wonderful hip new hotel with great value, we had a such wonderful stay. The venue was situated in the very central location close to many restaurants. Having different delicious drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.

Stayed for 7 nights in this modern and incredibly beautiful place, really enjoyed that. Got the same twin/double room booked online with the bathroom. A hair dryer, terry dressing gowns and fresh towels were available there. Every staff member was amazingly efficient and gentle. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from a bustling seafront park. What's more, it was not far from the beach.
Pity, but the beds were too small.
